Kindly note that:
- For any reason, not pertaining to product defect(s), will incur a return shipping fee paid for by the client. Diana Clare will not bear responsibility for any items lost during return shipping.
- For item(s) with product defect(s), free return shipping is offered.
Diana Clare will send a courier to pick the item(s) up.
To be eligible for returns, kindly note that:
- your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact.
- proof of purchase must be provided (either by order number or the email address you purchased with).
Diana Clare reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above-mentioned criteria are not met. In such cases, the rejected item(s) will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
For item(s) eligible for returns, kindly note that:
- An email will be sent to you stating your eligibility for a refund.
- After the email has been sent, a refund will be issued. Depending on the payment method, it can take about 3-10 days for refunds to be processed.
