Our Warranty Policy
Diana Clare offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date provided the purchase was made from Diana Clare's official online store. Warranty period for sales items is 6 months.
Warranty does not cover only monogrammed products.
Warranty does not cover changes made to cases, crowns, straps, glass resulting from usage. Do note that opening of the case backs, pulling of the crown underwater or submerging our watch underwater will void this warranty.
For warranty claims, please ensure that you retain the proof of purchase.
Diana Clare reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if the watch exhibits excessive wear or signs of misusage. In an event a Diana Clare watch requires servicing, Diana Clare reserves the right to either repair or replace the timepiece at our own discretion.

During the warranty period, rectification of manufacturing defects will not be charged. In an event where the warranty requires a replacement, due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted and a free exchange will be offered to you. Your watch will be of similar features and price point.

Battery Replacement
In case of a battery replacement, please contact Diana Clare. Every watch comes with 1 free battery replacement within the first 2 years.
Simply contact us at our email and we will follow-up on your request within 24 hours.
Any subsequent battery replacements after 2 years will be upon the client.
If your watch battery was replaced by a third-party service provider other than Diana Clare, your warranty will be void.
